Ennis, Montana, on the Madison River:

The Town of Ennis

Ennis has a population of around 900 people and resides within easy distance of several famous blue ribbon trout streams. The commerical district consists of one Main Street about 4 or 5 blocks long. It is the classic, small, western town, with friendly people and a quiet disposition. There is almost every amenity which one would need including several restaurants offering a variety of very good dining, several antique and art galleries, and two outstanding fly shops which would be happy to line up fishing outfitters and/or car shuttles service from various fishing access points.

The House

We offer a cozy house in town for weekly rental to fishermen and bird hunters.
This newly renovated, 80-year old house, with 4 Bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeps up to six.
There are two rooms and three beds on each floor and a large fenced back yard.
There is also a fully functional kitchen and refrigerator, a fire place, and an outdoor grill.

Just strolling distance from Main Street, fly shops, restaurants and other shopping are easily accessible.
The Madison River runs along the east side of town, and there is good public access at a park on the edge of town and just across the bridge. Numerous other public access points are easily accessible both up and down the Madison River, as well as along all major trout streams in Montana.
